Traveling through France, we were captivated by the exceptional flavor of the local produce, especially mushrooms. Disappointed by the bland mushrooms back home, we decided to start our own mushroom farm, focusing on high quality and flavor. Our farm embraces sustainability: we use recycled products, an electric vehicle for deliveries, and solar panels for power. Committed to environmental responsibility, we aim to offer mushrooms that are both delicious and eco-friendly. Each mushroom we grow brings a taste of France to our community, proving that great flavor and sustainability can go hand in hand. Together, we savor the difference.

What is Umami?
Umami is a savory, deeply satisfying taste often described as the fifth flavor, alongside sweet, sour, salty, and bitter.
